The Weinstein Company on yhdysvaltalainen elokuvastudio. Sen perustivat veljekset Harvey Weinstein ja Bob Weinstein vuonna 2005 kun he jättivät Disneyn omistaman Miramax Filmsin, jonka he perustivat vuonna 1979. Näyttelijä Robert Redford toimii studion neuvonantajana.
