Lou Gehrigin muistopalkinto (engl. Lou Gehrig Memorial Award) on MLB:n vuosittain jakama palkinto, joka myönnetään kauden aikana urheiluhenkisyyttä ja yhteisöllisyyttä sekä pelikentällä että sen ulkopuolella osoittavalle baseball pelaajalle.[1] Palkinto on nimetty baseball pelaaja Lou Gehrigin mukaan.[2]
