Jacque Fresco (s. 13. maaliskuuta 1916) on yhdysvaltalainen teollinen suunnittelija, arkkitehti, yhteiskuntainsinööri ja futuristi, joka asuu Floridassa. Hän on nk. resurssipohjaisen talouden puolestapuhuja.

Resurssipohjainen talous

Resurssipohjaisen talouden mukaan talouden perustana tulisi olla Maan ekologisesti hyödynnettävissä olevat resurssit - ei raha tai kilpailu.
