Franz Stahl (s. 30. lokakuuta 1962) on yhdysvaltalainen muusikko ja kitaristi. Vuosina 1997-1999 Stahl tuli tunnetuksi Dave Grohlin johtaman Foo Fighters -yhtyeen kitaristina. 1980-luvulla Stahl toimi vuonna 1981 perustetun Scream-yhtyeen kitaristina, jossa hänen veljensä Peter toimi laulajana.
