Tuoreet muutokset

• OAuth-hallinnoinnin käyttöliittymä näyttää nyt hieman erilaiselta. [1]

Muutokset tällä viikolla

• ElectronPdfService otetaan käyttöön oletuksena Metassa ja saksankielisessä Wikipediassa. Tämä on uusi tapa viedä artikkelit PDF-tiedostoksi ja ladata ne. Muihin wikeihin toiminto lisätään myöhemmin. [2]
• MediaWikin uusi versio otetaan käyttöön testiwikeissä ja MediaWiki.orgissa 31. tammikuuta. Se otetaan käyttöön kaikissa ei-Wikipedia-wikeissä ja joissakin Wikipedioissa 1. helmikuuta. Se on käytössä kaikissa wikeissä 2. helmikuuta (kalenteri).

Tulevia muutoksia

• Community Tech team aikoo luoda enemmän työkaluja käsitelläkseen Wikimedia-muokkaajien häiritsemistapauksia. Tavoite on antaa yhteisöille parempia työkaluja löytää, ilmoittaa ja arvioida häirintää. Tiimi aikoo myös parantaa estämistyökaluja. [3][4]
• Wikimedian tekninen yhteisö on tekemessä Developer Wishlist -kyselyä. Kehittäjät voivat ehdottaa ideoitaan 31. tammikuuta klo 23.59 UTC asti. Tämä on pian.

Ongelmat

• Tidy will be replaced later this year. Instead, the HTML 5 parsing algorithm will be used to clean up bad HTML in wikitext. This will cause problems on a number of wikis. They need to be fixed first. You can see if your wiki still has something to fix here for one of the HTML problems. This list does not cover all problems. You can read about more problems. [8][9]

• EventStreams on uusi tapa seurata Wikimedia-wikien aktiivisuutta. Tällä hetkellä se näyttää tuoreet muutokset -syötteen. Myöhemmin se tekee useampia asioita. Se korvaa RCStreamin. Työkalut, jotka käyttävät RCStreamia, pitäisi siirtää EventStreamsiin 7. heinäkuuta mennessä. [10]

Tuoreet muutokset

• Englannin-, ranskan-, heprean- ja kreikankielisissä wikeissä etsiessäsi voit nyt löytää sanoja, vaikka unohtaisit tarkkeet. Se toimii myös, jos käytät haussasi tarkkeita, mutta wikissä niitä ei ole. [24]

Ongelmat

Tuoreet muutokset

• Tallenna sivu -painike on muutettu Wikimedia-wikeissä muotoon Julkaise sivu tai Julkaise muutokset pois lukien Wikipedia ja Wikiuutiset. Tämä muutos tulee Wikipediaan myöhemmin. Ongelmat

• 15. maaliskuuta jotkin sivujen väliset linkit muihin kieliin eivät olleet oikeassa järjestyksessä. Tämä on korjattu. • MediaWikin uusi versio otetaan käyttöön testiwikeissä ja MediaWiki.orgissa 21. maaliskuuta. Se otetaan käyttöön kaikissa ei-Wikipedia-wikeissä ja joissakin Wikipedioissa 22. maaliskuuta. Se on käytössä kaikissa wikeissä 23. maaliskuuta (kalenteri).
