Tekijä There is not precise information about the author and/or the creation date and/or place on respective page of United States Library of Congress's site. It could be created both in USA or in Russia with equal probability. Nevertheless it is in Public Domain in both cases, because it was created before 1920 (Bochkareva's death year) and its author is unknown.
