Mistaken Identity on australialaisen laulajan Delta Goodremin albumi vuodelta 2004. Albumi nousi Australiassa listaykköseksi, mutta ei menestynyt kuitenkaan yhtä hyvin kuin Goodremin ensimmäinen albumi Innocent Eyes.

Monet Mistaken Identity -albumin kappaleet ovat tunnelmaltaan Goodremin aiempia kappaleita synkempiä, ja käsittelevät vakavampia teemoja, mm. sairastumista, ihmissuhteiden ongelmia ja vaikeuksista selviämistä. Goodrem sairasti albumin tekovaiheessa syöpää, Hodginin tautia, josta hän kuitenkin myöhemmin parani. Albumin tunnetuimpia kappaleita ovat "Out of the Blue" ja Goodremin Brian McFaddenin kanssa laulama duetto "Almost Here".
