Tickety Toc is officially a South Korean-British co-production. (The Foundation is a British company.) It originally began as an own project from FunnyFlux Ent. (a South Korean company), called Tic Toc House. ([1], [2], article in Korean) But as The Foundation stepped in, it became a South Korean-British co-production, and was renamed Tickety Toc. Zodiak Media, The Foundation's parent company, "control all worldwide rights for Tickety Toc except in Korea and Japan". I'm going to edit the en.WP article later to reflect all these.
