I'm not sure what language this Wikipedia is. Hope you understand English.

I doubt Novy would have started in 1963, since he would have been 12 years old. It does say that on one source I checked (A to Z of ice hockey), but it also said he played 16 years in the Czechoslovak Elite League. That would suggest beginning in 1968 (unless there is a junior version of the league?). I also have him playing again for Kladno from 1987 to 1989. My source said he only played for Poprad in 2003-04, and also a few games for Kladno in 1997-98 and 1999-2000.

Sounds like he was an amazing hockey player. And still playing a few games at the age of 52!
