Matthew W. Davis (s. 8. toukokuuta 1978) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä, joka tunnetaan parhaiten roolistaan Warner Huntington III:a elokuvassa Blondin kosto ja Alaric Saltzmanina draamasarjassa The Vampire Diaries.

Davis syntyi Salt Lake Cityssä, Utahissa. Valmistuttuaan Woods Cross High Schoolista[1] Davis aloitti opinnot Utahin yliopistossa.
Davis tunnetaan parhaiten roolistaan Warner Huntington III:a, Elle Woodsin (Reese Witherspoon) poikaystävänä komediassa Blondin kosto (2001). Muita Davisin tähdittämiä elokuvia ovat muun muassa Blue Crush (2002), Tigerland(2000) ja BloodRayne (2005).
Televisiossa Davis on näytellyt muun muassa ABC:n draamasarjassa What About Brian (2006-2007) lakimies Adam Hillmania. Tällä hetkellä Davis näyttelee highschoolin historianopettaja Alaric Saltzmania CW:n hittisarjassa The Vampire Diaries.
