Katherine Jane Humphries (s. 9. marraskuuta 1948) on brittiläinen taloushistorioitsija. Hän toimi taloushistorian professorina Oxfordin yliopistossa vuosina 2004–2016.[3]
Humphries väitteli tohtoriksi taloustieteen oppiaineessa Cornellin yliopistossa vuonna 1973. Hän työskenteli Massachusettsin yliopistossa ja Cambridgen yliopistossa ennen siirtymistään Oxfordiin.[3]
