Codex II: Kether on suomalaisen black metal -yhtyeen Hoathin esikoisalbumi. Se julkaistiin vuonna 2004 levymerkillä Hammer of Hate.

Vuonna 2007 albumi uudelleenjulkaistiin CD:nä sekä LP:nä. Vinyyliversiota valmistettiin rajoitettu 583 kappaleen painos, ja se sisälsi kolme bonuskappaletta.
