7 Seconds on yhdysvaltalainen hardcore punk-yhtye Renosta, Nevadasta. Yhtyeen perustivat vuonna 1980 kaksi veljesparia, Marvellin veljekset Kevin Seconds ja Steve Youth, yhdessä Borghinon veljesten Tom Munist ja Dim Menace kanssa. Yhtyeen kokoonpano on käynyt läpi lukuisia muutoksia lukuun ottamatta Secondsia ja Youthia, jotka ovat pysyneet vakiojäseninä. Vuonna 1981 Munist ja Menace muodostivat Section 8 yhtyeen. Nykyiseen kokoonpanoon kuuluvat Kevin Seconds (laulu), Steve Youth (basso), Troy Mowat (rummut) ja Bobby Adams (kitara).
