The name of this building is NOT Villa Victor; the former International Activity Center, nowadays Multicultural Center of the city of Oulu, is called that. The name was adopted from the name of the architect Victor J. Sucksdorf when the center was situated in this house, and the name is referring to the Multicultural center, not the building.
