Karismaattinen johtajuus tai karismaattinen auktoriteetti on sosiologi Max Weberin luoma käsite, jolla tarkoitetaan johtajuutta, joka perustuu yksilön erityiselle pyhyydelle, sankaruudelle tai poikkeukselliselle luonteelle ja hänen esittämälleen tai siunaamalleen järjestykselle. Karismaattinen johtajuus on yksi kolmesta Weberin määrittelemästä johtajuuden tyypistä, jotka muut ovat perinteinen johtajuus ja rationaalis-legaalinen johtajuus. Termi on yleisessä käytössä sosiologien piirissä.
