Tim ”Ripper” Owens (oik. Timothy S. Owens, s. 13. syyskuuta 1967 Akron, Ohio, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen metallimusiikin laulaja, joka laulaa nykyisin Yngwie Malmsteenin yhtyeessä sekä perustamassaan Beyond Fearissa. Aiemmin hän on laulanut muun muassa yhtyeissä Judas Priest, Iced Earth, British Steel ja Winter’s Bane.

Tim Owens sai ”Ripper”-lempinimensä ollessaan Judas Priestin koelaulutilaisuudessa. Repertoaarissa oli tarjolla kaikkia muita kappaleita, paitsi The Ripperiä, jonka Tim juuri halusi laulaa. Aikansa aneltuaan hän sai tahtonsa läpi, ja samalla kiinnityksen Judas Priestin uudeksi vokalistiksi.^lähde?
