Первоначальный номинал - пять тысяч рублей, надпечатка 40 тысяч рублей. Гашёная. Сама марка выпущена в январе 1922 г. Надпечатка сделана в феврале 1923, литографская.
Español: Sello postal de la República Socialista Soviética de Georgia como parte de la República Federal Socialista Soviética de Transcaucasia. Representado el escudo de la RSS de Georgia. Valor inicial: 5.000 rublos, resellado por 40.000 rublos.

Venäjä on Neuvostoliiton ja Venäjän sosialistisen federatiivisen neuvostotasavallan (VSFNT) laillinen seuraaja, joten artiklan 1259 voidaan katsoa koskevan myös niiden virallisia symboleita ja viranomaisten dokumentteja.
