Jos tämä kuva on peräisin Euroopan talousalueen ulkopuolelta, tätä kuvaa ei voi käyttää Suomessa, ellei tätä kuvaa ole otettu ennen vuotta 1974 tai julkistettu ennen vuotta 1966.
