Stanton Terry Friedman (29. heinäkuuta 1934 – 13. toukokuuta 2019[1]) oli yhdysvaltalainen ufologi. Hän valmistui Chicagon yliopistosta 1955.[2] ja toimi 14 vuotta ydinfyysikkona yhtiöissä:General Electric, General Motors, Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, TRW|TRW Systems, Aerojet General Nucleonics ja McDonnell Douglas.
Friedman oli virallisena tutkijana Roswellin tapauksessa.[3]
SETI-ohjelmasta hänellä on poikkeava näkökanta.[4]
1968 Friedman esitti kongressin edustajainhuoneessa, että UFOt ovat totta. [5]
