Raghu Rai (s. 1942) on intialainen valokuvaaja ja kuvajournalisti. Rai on Magnum Photos -kuvatoimiston jäsen. Rai aloitti valokuvaajana kalkuttalaisessa The Statesman -sanomalehdessä vuonna 1966. Henri Cartier-Bresson ehdotti Rai'ta liittymään Magnum Photos -kuvatoimistoon vuonna 1977 nähtyään tämän töitä Pariisissa vuonna 1971. Rai toimi India Today -sanomalehden kuvatoimituksen päällikkönä vuosina 1982–1991.[1]
Rai on toiminut useaan kertaan World Press Photo -lehtikuvakilpailun tuomaristossa.[2] Rai on julkaissut lähes 20 kirjaa, jotka käsittelevät muun muassa Äiti Teresaa sekä Bhopalin onnettomuutta ja sen seurauksia.
