Radiohead: The Best of on englantilaisen rock-yhtyeen Radioheadin greatest hits-kokoelma-albumi. Albumi sisältää singlejä, albumien kappaleita ja yhden b-puolen, joita yhtye on julkaissut EMI-levy-yhtiön alaisuudessa vuosien 1992 ja 2005 välillä.[3] Kappalelista ei ole aikajärjesteinen ja on kahden CD:n pituinen. Ensimmäisellä levyllä on kuitenkin yhtyeen suurimmat hitit, ja se julkaistiin myös erillään. Toinen CD keskittyy vähemmän tunneittuihin kappaleisiin.

Radiohead: The Best of on Radioheadin ensimmäinen kokoelma-albumi (ellei vuoden 1998 musiikkivideo-kokoelmaa 7 Television Commercials lasketa), mutta yhtye ei ole itse ollut sen teossa mukana; levy-yhtiö teki sen yhtyeen lähdön jälkeen, eikä yhtye edes valinnut kokoelman kappaleita. Kokoelmassa ei ole kappaleita yhtyeen tuoreimmalta albumilta In Rainbows, koska levytyssopimus ei kata sitä.

Kokoelma keskittyy yhtyeen albumeihin The Bends ja OK Computer, molemmilta on seitsemän kappaletta.

Albumi nousi Yhdysvalloissa Billboard 200 -listan sijalle 26.[1] Suomessa se debytoi virallisen albumilistan sijalla 35.[2]
