Legends of Tomorrow on yhdysvaltalainen supersankariaiheinen televisiosarja, jonka ovat luoneet tuottajat Phil Klemmer, Andrew Kreisberg, Greg Berlanti ja Marc Guggenheim. Sarjan esittäminen aloitettiin Yhdysvalloissa The CW -kanavalla 21. tammikuuta 2016. Suomessa sarjaa esittää Netflix. Legends of Tomorrow on DC Comicsin hahmoihin perustuvien televisiosarjojen Arrow ja The Flash spin-off, ja se sijoittuu samaan fiktiiviseen universumiin, Arrowverseen.
The CW -kanava ilmoitti tilanneensa 16:n jakson pituisen toisen tuotantokauden maaliskuussa 2016. Myöhemmin saman vuoden marraskuussa toisen kauden jaksojen määrää nostettiin neljällä.[1] The CW kertoi tilanneensa kolmannen tuotantokauden tammikuussa 2017.[2]
Juoni
[muokkaa | muokkaa wikitekstiä]Sarjassa aikaherra Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) matkustaa ajassa vuoteen 2016 ja kokoaa joukon sankareita ja roistoja estämään kuolematonta vihollista Vandal Savagea (Casper Crump) tuhoamasta maailmaa sekä itse aikaa.

Toukokuussa 2015 Garber kertoi sarjan kuvaamisen alkavan heti kesän jälkeen elokuussa.[4] Myöhemmin yksi sarjan kehittäjistä, Marc Guggenheim kertoi Twitterissä kuvauksien alkavan vasta 8. syyskuuta.[5]
