Onko tietoa, millä kulkuvälineillä Stavangeriin pääsee?

When city was founded.[muokkaa wikitekstiä]

Writing in eglish since native language is norwegian, from Stavanger. The city was regarded as founded in year 1125 when the Stavanger Domkirke was finished. 1445 was when the city got trading rights. Please see article in the link from the norwegian encyclopedia (https://snl.no/Stavanger) and the web page of the city (https://www.stavanger.kommune.no/om-stavanger-kommune/fakta-om-stavanger/) and several other articles:

The factual date is regarded as 1125. --

According to sources, earlier date is about when church/bishop's seat was founded (whatever that means in reality). Fi-wiki currently uses when it got status of a city. These are not same things. Someone else may decide differently what is "founding" date. Ipr1 (keskustelu) 22. helmikuuta 2023 kello 16.34 (EET)[vastaa]

So Norwegian is my mother young, the source says "Stavanger først ble by etter at bispesetet ble etablert der på 1120-tallet." Or in english, "Norway became a city first when the episcopal seat was established in the 1120s" also want to know where the source is that says that the city was founded in 1445. All Norwegian sources says that the City was founded at the same time as the church in 1125. But hey, just referencing the Norwegian national encyclopedia and the city's own history pages... And interesting, that it's only the Finnish page that have a different opinion on the matter.

And the only time 1445 is mentioned is when the city got "kjøpstadsretigheter", which is described at storenorskeleksikon (same lin as previously), this has nothing to do with founding of a city, but it gives a current city the the right to decide how trade is handled in the area. This happened in 1445, but is not related to when the city was founded.

Article is fine, translation tools are shit - don't use them. Ipr1 (keskustelu) 22. helmikuuta 2023 kello 19.28 (EET)[vastaa]
Not using translation tools. Tulen Norjasta, asun Suomessa, eli mä puhun molemempien, sekä Norjaa että Suomea. En käytä translate eikä muuta. 93.106.151.173 22. helmikuuta 2023 kello 19.32 (EET)[vastaa]
