Halfway to Sanity on yhdysvaltalaisen punkyhtye Ramonesin syyskuussa 1987 julkaistu kymmenes studioalbumi.[1][2] Richie Ramone erosi yhtyeestä albumin julkaisun jälkeen.[2]

Albumilla olevat kappaleet "I Wanna Live" ja "Garden of Serenity" julkaistiin myöhemmin remasteroituna yhtyeen kokoelmalla Loud, Fast Ramones: Their Toughest Hits.

Debbie Harry Blondie yhtyeestä laulaa taustalaulun kappaleessa "Go Lil' Camaro Go" ja Dee Dee Ramone laulaa kappaleen "I Lost My Mind".[3][4]
