Betaproteobacteria eli betaproteobakteerit on bakteerien tieteellisen luokittelun luokka. Betaproteobakteerit vaikuttavat usein typensidontaan monissa kasveissa, ja niitä löytyykin usein esimerkiksi vesi- ja maaperänäytteistä. Kuten kaikki proteobakteerit, myös betaproteobakteerit ovat gramnegatiivisia.
