Alexandra Anna Daddario (s. 16. maaliskuuta 1986) on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijä. Hän on esiintynyt muun muassa televisiosarjoissa All My Children (2002–2003), Kovat kaulassa (2009–2011), True Detective (2014) ja Why Women Kill (2019) sekä elokuvissa The Squid and the Whale (2005), The Hottest State (2006), Percy Jackson: Salamavaras (2010), Hall Pass – lupa rellestää (2011), Percy Jackson: Hirviöidenmeri (2013) ja San Andreas (2015). Hän esiintyi myös Imagine Dragonsin musiikkivideolla vuoden 2012 lopulla.

Daddario syntyi New Yorkissa ja hänen vanhempansa ovat juristeja.
