Alfred North Whitehead (15. helmikuuta 1861 Ramsgate, Kent, Englanti – 30. joulukuuta 1947 Cambridge, Yhdysvallat)[2] oli englantilainen matemaatikko, josta tuli myöhemmin yhdysvaltalainen filosofi. Hän kirjoitti algebrasta, logiikasta, matematiikan perustasta, tieteenfilosofiasta, fysiikasta, metafysiikasta ja koulutuksesta. Hän kirjoitti teoksen Principia Mathematica yhdessä Bertrand Russellin kanssa.
