Synthpop eli syntikkapop tai synapop on 1980-luvulla suosiossa ollut elektronisen musiikin laji. Luonteenomaista sille ovat tarttuvat, yksinkertaisen melodiset kappaleet ja syntetisaattorisoundit. Joissain tapauksissa mukana saattoi olla syntetisaattoreiden lisäksi myös esimerkiksi sähkökitaroita.
