Spin Doctors on yhdysvaltalainen vaihtoehtorock-yhtye. Se perustettiin New Yorkissa vuonna 1988. Yhtye on parhaiten tunnettu vuoden 1992 hiteistään "Two Princes" ja "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong".

Yhtyeen nykyiset jäsenet ovat Chris Barron (päävokalisti), Eric Schenkman (kitara ja laulu), Aaron Comess (rummut) ja Mark White (basso).
