Sea of Light on hard rock -yhtye Uriah Heepin yhdeksästoista studioalbumi, joka ilmestyi vuonna 1995. Levyllä yhtye otti pitkästä aikaa suuntaa progressiivista rockia kohti.

Basisti Trevor Bolder laulaa kappaleen ”Fear of Falling”. Päätösraita ”Dream On” oli puolestaan Sea of Lightin ainoa singlejulkaisu.
