"Rock and Roll" on rockyhtye Led Zeppelinin kuuluisimpia ja tunnetuimpia kappaleita. Se on julkaistu vuonna 1971 yhtyeen albumilla Led Zeppelin IV. Kappale julkaistiin seuraavan vuoden helmikuussa singlenä ”Four Sticks” B-puolenaan.[1]
Kappale alkaa rumpali John Bonhamin rummutuksella, johon tulee John Paul Jonesin mukaan basso ja Jimmy Pagen kitarariffi. Kappaleessa on 1950-luvun rock and roll -vaikutteinen hyvin tunnettu kitarariffi, joka jatkuu koko kappaleen ajan. Myös rummut ovat selkeä osa kokonaisuutta ja tekevät kappaleesta nopeatempoisen ja energisen.
Kappaleen ovat versioineet mm. Kari Peitsamo Revival, Heart, Van Halen, Sheryl Crow ja Jerry Lee Lewis (albumilla Last Man Standing vuonna 2006).
