Rock Band 3 on Harmonixin kehittämä sekä MTV Gamesin ja Electronic Artsin lokakuussa 2010 julkaisema kolmas Rock Band -pelisarjan musiikkipeli. Pelissä on kitaran, basson ja rumpujen soiton sekä laulamisen lisäksi mahdollisuus soittaa koskettimia. Pelissä on uutuutena myös "Pro Mode", jonka avulla pelatessa voi harjoitella soittamaan oikeaa instrumenttia.

Rock Band 3 sai hyvän vastaanoton kriitikoilta. Pelin arvioitiin olevan iso hyppy Rock Band 2 pelistä ja olevan rytmipelien huipulla. Matt Miller Game Informer kutsui sitä "kulminaatioksi Harmonixin tuodessa musiikkia massoille".[1] Joystiqin Griffen McElroy arvio pelin "olevan paras rytmipeli ja ainoa joka tarvitsee omistaa".[2] Arviot kertoivat soittimien olevan reaalisia instrumentteja ja pelin opettavaisuutta.
