Ralph Nathaniel Fiennes (s. 22. joulukuuta 1962 Suffolk, Iso-Britannia) on BAFTA-palkittu brittiläinen näyttelijä, joka on ollut Oscar-ehdokkaana elokuvista Schindlerin lista ja Englantilainen potilas. Hän näyttelee Lordi Voldemortia Harry Potter -elokuvissa. Fiennes on näytellyt myös elokuvassa Punainen lohikäärme. Viime vuosina Fiennes on nähty mm. elokuvissa Titaanien taistelu, Lukija, The Hurt Locker ja 007 Skyfall.
Hänellä on viisi nuorempaa sisarusta, joista näyttelijä Joseph Fiennes on tunnettu mm. Vivaldi (2/2009) elokuvasta. Fiennes meni naimisiin Teho-osastosta tutun näyttelijä Alex Kingstonin kanssa syyskuussa 1993. Pariskunta erosi 28. lokakuuta 1997.
