Pleasant Dreams on yhdysvaltalaisen punk-yhtye Ramonesin heinäkuussa 1981 julkaistu kuudes studioalbumi. Albumi sisältää muun muassa tunnetun hitin "The KKK Took My Baby Away".

Albumi julkaistiin remasteroituna Rhino Records yhtiön kautta vuonna 2002. Albumi myi kultaa Argentiinassa vuonna 1993 (yli 30 000 myytyä kappaletta).
