Neil deGrasse Tyson (s. 5. lokakuuta 1958 New York City, New York) on yhdysvaltalainen astrofyysikko.
Tyson työskentelee Haydenin planetaarion johtajana New Yorkissa. Hän on tunnettu tieteen popularisoija. Tyson on isännöinyt vuodesta 2006 lähtien PBS:n tiedeuutisohjelmaa NOVA scienceNOW:ta ja vierailee säännöllisesti eri televisio-ohjelmissa.
Tyson on äänekäs säieteorian kritisoija. Hänen mukaansa on nimetty päävyöhykkeen asteroidi 13123 Tyson.
