Neil Turbin (s. 24. joulukuuta 1963) on thrash metal-laulaja, joka oli Anthraxin alkuperäinen sekä nykyinen DeathRidersin laulaja.
Hän oli Anthraxin ensimmäinen vakituinen laulaja ja esiintyy yhtyeen esikoisalbumilla Fistful of Metal. Turbin kirjoitti kaikki sanoitukset sekä keksi kappaleiden nimet ja huolehti pääasiallisen konseptin mm. kappaleisiin Metal Thrashing Mad, Armed and Dangerous, Deathrider ja Gung Ho, jotka olivat Anthraxin ensimmäiset neljä julkaisua sekä ilmestyivät myöhemmin myös live- sekä kokoelmalevyillä.
