Laura Nyro (18. lokakuuta 1947 – 8. huhtikuuta 1997) oli yhdysvaltalainen laulaja ja laulunkirjoittaja. Hänen tunnetuimpia laulujaan ovat mm. "And When I Die", "Stoney End", "Wedding Bell Blues", "Stoned Soul Picnic", "Sweet Blindness", "Save the Country" ja "Eli's Coming".
Nyro kertoi 24-vuotiaana jättävänsä musiikkialan huonon kaupallisen menestyksen vuoksi. Viiden vuoden kuluttua hän kuitenkin palasi julkaisemalla albumin Smile. Nyro kuoli munasarjasyöpään 49-vuotiaana.
