I don't speak Finnish but by the images, this article seems more related to the Weather radar as it uses Norman Oklahoma NEXRAD radar and reflectivity images (not a Doppler image). Maybe the interwiki link is wrong or it is the images that are wrong. If this is really for Doppler effect radar, I suggest this image of Doppler velocities from Huriicane Katrina :
