Greatest on monofoninen kokoelma-albumi yhdysvaltalaisen rock and roll -laulaja Gene Vincentin tuotannosta vuosilta 1956-1959. Vincent oli yksi merkittävimmistä hahmoista varhaisessa rockissa. Levyn on julkaissut Capitol Records ja sitä on valmistettu Ruotsissa. Valmistusvuotta ei ole ilmoitettu.

Levyllä olevien 16 kappaleen valitsijat ovat John ja Stuart Wild Wax Show:sta. Kappaleissa on sekä singlejä että albumiraitoja. Levyn esittelytekstin on tehnyt Mick Farren NME–lehdestä.

Levykannen suunnittelija on Adrian Sandgrove yhtiöstä EMI Design. Levykannen kuvassa Vincentin kappaleet on sijoitettu Rock-Ola -jukeboxiin. Valokuvat on ottanut Bill Richmond.
