Eugene Luther Gore Vidal (3. lokakuuta 1925 West Point, New York, Yhdysvallat – 31. heinäkuuta 2012 Los Angeles, Kalifornia, Yhdysvallat) oli yhdysvaltalainen kirjailija, joka osallistui politiikkaan ja oli mukana television keskusteluohjelmissa. Hän oli tunnettu yläluokkaisesta olemuksestaan ja puheensa ”transatlanttisesta” korostuksesta, mutta oli poliittisesti edistyksellinen demokraattipuolueen kannattaja.
