Charlie Benante (s. 27. marraskuuta 1963 Bronx, New York City, New York) on yhdysvaltalainen muusikko, parhaiten tunnettu thrash metal -yhtye Anthraxin kitaristina ja rumpalina. Hän on myös soittanut Stormtroopers of Death -nimisessä thrash metal -yhtyeessä rumpuja. Benanten suosikkiyhtyeitä ovat muun muassa The Beatles, Van Halen, KISS, Led Zeppelin ja Sex Pistols ja hänen suosikkimuusikkonsa on niin ikään Led Zeppelinin kitaristi Jimmy Page. Nykyään hän asuu Illinoisissa.
