Bylotinsaari (engl. Bylot Island) on saarin Baffininsaaren pohjoispuolella, Qikiqtaalukin aluella, Kanadassa, Nunavutin territoriossa. Saaren pinta-ala on 11 067 km².[2] Se on 17. suurin Kanadan saari ja 71. suurin saari maailmassa. Saarella ei ole pysyvää asutusta mutta Pond Inletin ja muiden pienempien kylien inuitit vierailevat saarella säännöllisesti.
Suurin osa saarta kuuluu Sirmilikin kansallispuistoon, jossa pesii suurilukuisena pohjankiisloja, pikkukajavia ja lumihanhia.
Saari on nimetty kuuluisan artisten alueiden tutkimusmatkailijan Robert Bylotin mukaan.
Saaren Byam Martinin vuoret kuuluvat Baffinin vuorten jonoon, jotka ovat osa Arctic Cordillera -vuoristoa.
