Alfred North Whitehead (15. helmikuuta 1861 Ramsgate, Kent, Englanti – 30. joulukuuta 1947 Cambridge, Yhdysvallat) oli englantilainen matemaatikko, josta tuli myöhemmin yhdysvaltalainen filosofi. Hän kirjoitti algebrasta, logiikasta, matematiikan perustasta, tieteenfilosofiasta, fysiikasta, metafysiikasta ja koulutuksesta. Hän kirjoitti teoksen Principia Mathematica yhdessä Bertrand Russellin kanssa.
