2K Games on Take-Two Interactiven videopelien julkaisemiseen keskittynyt tytäryhtiö. Se perustettiin tammikuussa 2005, kun Take-Two osti pelitalo Visual Conceptsin ja sen omistaman Kush Gamesin Segalta. 2K Games omistaa useita pelistudioita, mutta julkaisee myös ulkopuolisten kehittämiä pelejä. 2K Gamesin pääkonttori sijaitsee Manhattanilla.

2K Gamesin tunnetuimpia pelejä ovat olleet urheilupelit, jotka ovat kilpailleet Electronic Artsin kanssa urheilupelien markkinoilla.
